Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Management Ltd. (EdRPE) is the private equity arm in Israel of the prestigious LCF Rothschild Group. The Group is one of Europe's leading private investment houses and has in excess of €100 billion under management. 

EdRPE was established in 2000 and began investing in early stage technology companies.  In 2003 EdRPE launched the Edmond de Rothschild Israel Opportunities Fund, a private equity growth fund focusing on mid-size companies. In 2006, Edmond de Rothschild Europportunities SCA SICAR, a €100M private equity fund focusing on mid-size, mainly European companies, was launched. In 2007, EdRPE launched EdR Real Estate (Eastern Europe) SCA SICAR, a private equity real estate fund.  To date, EdRPE has about €340M under management/advisory and operates through two divisions:  the Corporate Equity Division and the Real Estate Division.

EdRPE's investment philosophy is to play an active role in the development of its portfolio companies, including giving access to the LCF Rothschild Group's global business network.
